Our Story

Martino Pacheco is a dental clinic in Copacabana, founded in 1980 when dental surgeons Mariza and Otavio began practicing with a simple conviction: investigate before proposing. That is what brings patients back for decades.

Today, five dental surgeons with complementary specialties practice together under one roof. Mariza leads the clinic's orthodontics practice. Otavio is consulted by fellow dentists on the most challenging prosthodontics and endodontics cases.
